The interior door lock did not function . I was unable to secure the door properly.

the water wasn't very warm and i wanted a bath.

The breakfast offered a good variety (the pastries were a highlight).
The room I was assigned, a Signature Double, felt somewhat dated. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bed's mattress was uncomfortably hard. Soundproofing was also an issue. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms.

i really liked the location overlooking the lake (it was quite picturesque). the hotel was very modern and clean with a cute atmosphere too.
the rooms felt a bit outdated for what the lobby shows. the lighting was weird (i couldn't have the side light on without having bigger lights on).
